About the Company

We are a Security Operations Center (SOC) company based in Mumbai, providing advanced cybersecurity and compliance solutions to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft commercial agreements including service contracts, vendor agreements, consultancy contracts, and NDAs.
  • Evaluate compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to cybersecurity and technology services.
  • Liaise with external legal consultants, advisors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support business and operational teams with contract management and legal risk assessment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and repository of agreements, legal notices, and filings.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, legal research, and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in contract and commercial laws.
  • Proven experience in agreement drafting and legal review.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills for working with external consultants and internal teams.
  • Analytical ability with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Profile
  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in technology or services sectors.
  • Exposure to IT/ITES, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven businesses will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage legal processes independently and work in a dynamic environment.
