Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager
\We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality management, with the ability to drive teams towards excellence.
\This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies that ensure seamless user experiences across multiple devices and regions.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a QA strategy that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.\
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.\
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.\
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts, ensuring effective integration into the development process.\
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure testing is aligned with project timelines.\
- Lead the effort to identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.\
- Ensure the platform meets quality standards across all regions, taking into account localization, accessibility, and different regulatory requirements.\
- Stay current with the latest QA tools, methodologies, and best practices, continuously improving the QA process to meet evolving project needs.\
- Establish and report on key quality metrics, providing visibility into the quality of the platform and identifying areas for improvement.\
- Qualifications:\

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.\
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.\
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in both manual and automated testing.\
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar, and experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.\
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and techniques.\
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.\
- Experience working on global or multi-regional platforms, with an understanding of localization, accessibility, and cross-cultural testing considerations.\
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
