Job Description">

As a key member of our permanent feature team, you will be responsible for developing knowledge of the associated platform across various disciplines including business, applications, data, and infrastructure.

You will work closely with principal engineers, architects in the domain, and other key stakeholders to understand how the platform works and how it supports business objectives.

  • Apply Agile methods to the development of software on the backlog.
  • Produce resilient and long-lived software while being flexible to cope with future needs.
  • Deliver intentional architecture and formulate emergent design through innovative ideas, experimentation, and prototyping.
  • Design and develop software with a focus on automation of build, test, and deployment activities using executable patterns.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

We are looking for someone with strong full-stack experience in software design and implementation, including the ability to exploit programming languages to solve complex problems.

They should also be capable of complex requirements analysis capture and validation against and with business and systems requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading DevOps practice and roadmap for Power Platform that consuming teams will be expected to follow.

They should have close liaison with CoE members, Microsoft, EE Platforms, and Practice and consuming teams across Low Code (Power Apps), CRM (Dynamics 365), RPA (Power Automate Desktop), and Data Visualisation (Power BI) to continuously improve on tools, standards, and best practice for Low Code Technology.

Additionally, they should have experience managing relationships with the consuming community, maintaining standards and reusable assets, running forums, workshops, and creating learning material.

They should also maintain continuous awareness of the wider functional and engineering features of the platform and contribute to delivery activity for projects the CoE is involved in. This may require leading other engineers as appropriate.
