Job Title: Global Business Development Associate

As a proactive and results-driven professional, you will drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector by developing and executing strategic business development plans to grow revenue.

  1. Manage a sales pipeline, nurture leads, and offer tailored solutions for accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, present solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert to close deals.
  3. Originate new client relationships through consultative sales approaches and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  4. Develop expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  5. Maintain deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Requirements:

  1. 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  2. Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  3. Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven.
