We are seeking a skilled Commissary Assistant to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize ingredients and supplies according to our inventory management system
  • Operate all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen, ensuring safety protocols are followed
  • Prepare and cook food items to the highest standards, adhering to our recipe cards and portion control guidelines
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and areas within the food production zone
  • Report any hazards, unsafe working conditions, or equipment requiring repair or maintenance to your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Completion of a kitchen apprentice or chef training course for at least one year
  • Strong understanding of recipes and good knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
