Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in the success of our global digital platform project. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

The Business Solutions Specialist will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business and functional requirements for the global digital platform. They will engage with global stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the platform meets their requirements and aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive business requirement documents, functional requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of the platform. They will also conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for the global digital platform.
  • Engage with global stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the platform meets their requirements and aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, functional requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of the platform.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and propose solutions to bridge these gaps.

The Business Solutions Specialist will work closely with project managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital platforms, software development, or global projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
