We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer with expertise in hydraulic system design to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, specifically in hydraulics and water resources engineering. They should have knowledge of standard engineering codes and software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design hydraulic structures such as dams, barrages, weirs, spillways, and intake systems using relevant engineering codes and software.
  • Develop micro-irrigation system layouts, pipe network designs, and hydraulic profiles for efficient water distribution.
  • Prepare hydraulic modeling, flow calculations, and hydraulic grade line diagrams for irrigation and water management projects.
  • Develop detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent design tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including survey, GIS, and geotechnical teams, for integrated designs.
  • Support the preparation of DPRs (Detailed Project Reports).
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and review discussions with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with WRD, CWC, Govt Guidelines, and state irrigation department practices is required.
  • Excellent technical documentation, report writing, and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Water gem, or similar hydraulic modeling tools is required.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, with specialization in Hydraulics or Water Resources Engineering.
