About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our IT infrastructure, leveraging expertise in Azure Cloud services, servers, networks, databases, and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Solar Winds, Splunk, Prometheus, and possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring: Utilize expertise in Azure Cloud and Application monitoring to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze system performance metrics to identify trends and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts using Python, Power Shell, Azure CLI, and experience with Azure Automation (e.g., scaling resources).
