Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design multipage promotional product catalogues for print and digital media based on product information, images, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain timeliness and high-quality output to ensure the success of our time-bound promotional activities in different countries.
  • Ensure visual appeal of the output to attract customers to our brand.
  • Understand customer needs and develop output based on set templates and customer guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality output while considering time and production constraints.
  • Work with foreign languages and customers comfortably.
  • Create mock-ups and present to customers before finalizing a design or concept.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop various output types.
  • Adhere to customer brand identity and guidelines.
  • Be a keen learner to adopt new tools and ideas to enhance design process efficiency.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about project progress, ideas, and any issues that may arise.
  • Review output for quality and graphics standards before sending for internal quality checks.
  • Have experience creating designs for print and digital media.
  • Multi-task and work under time constraints comfortably.
  • Take ownership of deliverables from inception to completion.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1-year hands-on experience in creating product catalogues using Adobe InDesign.
  • Knowledge of creating high-quality printing data for deliverables.
  • Skilled user of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and customer.
  • Mindful of customer needs and associated time constraints.
Additional Information:

We foster an open culture where team members can share and implement innovative ideas. However, 65% of work will involve working within a set framework (templates + process), while 35% will require creativity in new designs, concepts, and layout creation.

We provide complete freedom to design the output, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements and line managers' consent.
