Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Communications Specialist for Accor, you will be responsible for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive representation of the organization's image to the public, clients, and shareholders. You will also be required to develop and organize promotional activities, coordinate with departments, and prepare media releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns using direct mail, email, web, and print advertising.
  • Produce advertisements, marketing brochures, sales kits, or other promotional materials.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
