Technical Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to spearhead our development team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will oversee the full software development lifecycle, encompassing architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing software developers working on .NET technologies; driving innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes; and providing hands-on technical guidance in .NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
