About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead PHP Software Engineer to lead our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in PHP development, proficiency in PHP frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony), and a strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications and frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, troubleshoot and debug applications, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. They must also ensure code quality through testing and best practices.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

About the Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in PHP development.
  • Proficiency in PHP frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter, Laravel, Symfony).
  • A strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time role, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
