Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling quality for outbound sales accounts, with a strong understanding of audit and coaching processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results across all quality parameters. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing calls, chats, and email interactions on product/process, communication, and soft skills parameters to drive improvement.

You will analyze data and create reports/decks to inform decision-making, participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach, and communicate the importance of positive customer experience to heighten awareness and focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit calls, chats, and email interactions on product/process, communication, and soft skills parameters to drive improvement.
  • Analyze data and create reports/decks to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate the importance of positive customer experience to heighten awareness and focus.
  • Making recommendations and driving process improvement to reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge.
  • Evaluate internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations for adherence.
  • Interact with customers/clients using process knowledge and highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Prepare TNA, publish, and execute for 100% closure.
  • Provide real-time support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience handling quality for outbound sales accounts.
  • Understanding of audit & coaching process.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation etc.
  • Effective Presentation, Feedback & Coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience on MS Office; preferably on MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Customer orientation and Customer Service Attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and Highly energetic & enthusiastic.
  • Interpersonal skills and Teamwork.
  • Ability to handle/analyze data to generate Quantitative and Qualitative analysis.
