The primary objective of this role is to examine and prepare intricate tax returns, while fostering a collaborative working relationship with colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Display in-depth understanding of tax concepts and continuously enhance knowledge through client work and staying up-to-date with tax developments.
- Ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned to junior team members.
- Train and assist colleagues with their questions on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist the team in tax research to develop a deep understanding of tax theory and principles.
- Enhance teamwork and have the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Provide assistance to managers on projects as requested.
- Demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities when preparing tax returns.
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.
- Experience working on US individual tax returns with complex situations.
- Good knowledge of moderate and complex tax concepts.
- Able to manage a team and workflow.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation.
