Production Planning Specialist

This pivotal role plays a key part in refining raw material blending and production planning across international operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop blend schedules for pet coke feedstock on a global scale.
- Monitor inventory levels and production rates to ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
- Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting quality specifications.
- Utilize AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning, generating business models that drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.
- Analyze data and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
- Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.
- SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
