Key to success in a SAP PS Application Lead role lies in overseeing application design, build, and configuration.

The primary point of contact for this position will drive collaboration across teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an SME in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with at least 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes related to SAP PS.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
