As a seasoned FullStack Engineer, you will take the lead in guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will work across the stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. This role requires a strong technical background, with experience in fullstack development, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and development of fullstack applications, architecting scalable systems, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, driving adoption of best practices, and continuously improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required skills and qualifications include 6+ years of experience in fullstack development, a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React.

Additional requirements include experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms, as well as familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration. Personal skills such as strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking, collaborative and proactive mindset, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams are also essential.
