Cloud Engineer for AI and ML

This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable platforms on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

  • Create and deploy large-scale platforms and architecture on GCP.
  • Develop reusable patterns for engineering teams to ensure consistency and efficiency, applying these to AI and ML workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to create a unified vision for future GCP developments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend timely adjustments to strategies as appropriate, focusing on AI and ML advancements.
  • Assist in developing and managing security and governance processes to ensure cloud deployments are secure and adhere to best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Cloud Platforms with an understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL).
  • Expertise in DevSecOps practices with a focus on shift-left thinking and zero-touch automation.
  • Strong experience working with common architecture patterns and understanding of AI/ML workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms in a cloud environment (Vertex AI, CoPilot, Sagemaker, Bedrock).
