Our business spans 70+ trade corridors globally, predominantly Asia-linked.

We seek an initiative-driven and diligent enterprise lawyer to join our global legal team.

• Manage legal documentation across the company, ensuring that our agreements with counterparties e.g. service providers, are robust, including to satisfy all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Procure that appropriate legal templates are developed and used.
• Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.

• Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements are essential.
• Experience in intellectual property law is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
• Business acumen.
• Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
