Job Title: Transformation Leader

The Business Reporting Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the transformation to drive harmonization and standardization of the reporting landscape within SAP. You will take responsibility to achieve the best solution, balancing individual functional and business segment needs by improving the SAP reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for entities involved in roll-ins.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Hub and the Global Team for Business Reporting Transformation (BRT).
  • Organize and provide participants for the Business Reporting Transformation (BRT) Fit-to-Template Introduction Meeting.
  • Pre-align with end-to-end (E2E) streams to establish workshop expectations and support the demonstration of available solutions.
  • Coordinate and assist in gathering requirements from E2E streams, prepare deviation requests, and align these requests with global E2E teams.
  • Define whether requirements are global or local and support the creation of functional specifications (FS) in collaboration with the E2E stream of the Hub or Global Transformation Program (GTP) for reporting needs.
  • Prepare and execute Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (ITC & UAT) in alignment with Business Reporting Transformation (BRT) and E2E Stream who needs the report.

Requirements:

You will need a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Or Computer Science & Engineering or a related field. In addition, you should have minimum of 8 years experience: o Leading Business/Management Reporting OR managing projects focused on SAP BW. Experience in SAP BW/4 HANA is also beneficial. Strong Project Management capability to drive Business reporting transformation is essential.
