ResponsibilitiesOwned Events Management

We seek an experienced events strategist to plan and execute a range of owned events, including webinars, podcasts, roundtables, meetups, fireside chats, tech talks, hackathons, and user conferences. This role will collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders to curate content and secure participation.

The ideal candidate will determine the optimal format and mode (virtual, physical, hybrid, live, recorded) for each event to achieve specific objectives. They will oversee end-to-end event logistics, from conceptualization to post-event follow-up.

Industry Events Participation

This role involves identifying relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and other 3rd-party events for QualiZeal's participation. The successful candidate will manage event sponsorships, including booth setups, speaking opportunities, co-presentations with customers/partners, product/service launches, and private gatherings.

Strategy and Planning

The events strategist will develop a comprehensive events strategy aligned with our business goals and marketing objectives. They will create event calendars, budgets, and project plans for timely execution, track and report on ROI for each event, and assess its impact on the company's growth.

Event Promotion

This role requires creating compelling event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to leverage digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote events effectively.

Post-Event Analysis

The events strategist will conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of each event, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. They will collaborate with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams for post-event marketing.

RequirementsExperience

We are seeking a proven events professional with 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the technology or software industry.

Demonstrated Success

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in planning and executing a variety of events, from webinars and podcasts to large-scale conferences.

Skills

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the successful candidate will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and event participants.

Familiarity with Event Management Software

Familiarity with event management software and tools is highly desirable.
