Job Overview

You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, contributing to the modernization of our systems, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the system to suggest and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Involve in the entire lifecycle of a project including analysis, coding, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and support
  2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs in a fast-paced environment
  3. Participate in refactoring and re-engineering existing platforms using advanced technologies
  4. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide efficient solutions
  5. Collaborate with fellow developers, quality engineers, and product owners in a distributed team, with a strong focus on delivering business value
  6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure uninterrupted user services
  7. Learn new technologies/tools as required to effectively deliver outputs
  8. Identify potential and recurring issues and provide long-term solutions
  9. Understand and adhere to organizational and team-level processes and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Strong knowledge of Java 8/17 or higher, with focus on multithreading
  2. Good working experience with React/JavaScript
  3. Strong experience with Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
  4. Proficient in relational databases (Sybase/SQL Server), database design, and SQL
  5. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
  6. Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
  7. Ability to work independently across different tech stacks
