Technical Specialist Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our overall IT strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and management, as well as experience with various technologies such as WAN/LAN/Security, Cloud Networking, and Meraki. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of certification requirements and education qualifications, including Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA and Technology | CCNP/PSNSE/CCSP/NSE4/5/ZIA/VCP | PCNSE | CCNA | ECMS1 | 101 | AZ-900/AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing network solutions and architectures that meet business needs and industry standards
  • Collaborating with customer IT teams to ensure solution designs meet network security requirements
  • Configuring and troubleshooting OEM products to ensure proper operation of SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to architectural design and standards
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of design solutions and architectures
  • Providing training to other IT staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong background in network design, implementation, and management
  • Experience with WAN/LAN/Security, Cloud Networking, and Meraki
  • Solid understanding of certification requirements and education qualifications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with infrastructure architecture standards and best practices
  • Ability to prepare and present technical requirements and specifications
  • Drive creation of infrastructure architecture vision and ensure specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged
