Job Description

As an AI Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end pipelines that integrate data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

You will work closely with our team to architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products. Your goal will be to prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.

You will be a full-stack thinker who can move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming background in Python, Node.js, or similar languages and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases including SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset -comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with multi-modal systems including text, voice, vision.
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
