Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain high-quality material master data within enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chains, procurement, finance, and production functions.
  • Support operational efficiency, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making by analyzing data and implementing changes as needed.
  • Perform extensions of new material codes in various depots with Harmonized System (HS) Code, shipping points, planned prices, and standard costs for various materials in depots/plants across the country.
  • Maintain Master Data integrity for Material Master Data.
  • Work with data management tools to create new VERP, ROH, and HAWA codes for improved data quality.
  • Utilize ServiceNow ticketing tools and data management tools for workflow testing and material creation.
  • Conduct Material Master Change activities, material availability checks, material stock checking, and stock transfers.
  • Transfer materials using goods issue/transfer posts.
  • Train end-users on material activities such as creation, change, and extension.
  • Provide production data to create mater data, bill of materials, routing, and work centers through batch data communication reports.
  • Work extended hours as per tasks and roles assigned, understanding business exigencies to support the business.
  • Prepare various master data management metrics and dashboards on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) for respective activities.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience is required.
