Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Technical Support Professional. As a key member of our IT Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and secure delivery of packages around the globe.

About the Role:
  • Provide second and third-level day-to-day operation support for our global IT infrastructure.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels.
  • Collaborate with other IT support teams and specialists to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communicate with vendors to address firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other technology-related issues.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage, propose, and implement necessary changes to production security devices in all Data Centers and premises.
  • Ensure global availability to key services.
  • Support security technologies associated with Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of webMethods, Oracle, and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process and good knowledge of technical concepts.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-region teams.
