Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our AI research and development efforts.

This individual will work on cutting-edge projects across various industries, including commerce, agriculture, insurance, financial markets, and procurement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models to solve complex challenges.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning.

  • Ensure scalability and performance of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Solve complex data integration and deployment challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
  • Hands-on expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for AI development.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with big data processing (Spark, Hadoop, or Dask).
