The role involves overseeing the creation and integration of Python-based applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. AI Leadership: Drive development teams to integrate Python-based applications with LLMs efficiently, focusing on optimization and cost minimization.
  2. Architecture and Design: Develop scalable microservices and APIs for AI features, ensuring resource efficiency and optimal deployment.
  3. Collaboration and Deployment: Work closely with Machine Learning Operations teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production, guaranteeing high-quality performance and security.
  4. Performance Optimization: Focus on optimizing performance, reducing costs, and enhancing security in LLM workflows, while maintaining exceptional code quality and standards.
Required Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, specifically using FastAPI and Flask.
  • Substantial experience integrating LLMs, leveraging tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Thorough understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation techniques, as well as knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization.
