About the Role:

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and design goals.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in interior design projects, with a portfolio showcasing successful completed projects.
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software.
  • Strong creative design and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D modelling software, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials.
