Digital Marketing Lead for Crypto Project

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our strategic advertising efforts as we prepare to launch a new crypto project.
This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the rapidly evolving crypto space. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and X Ads to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven ad strategies to achieve optimal results
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure visually engaging campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed
- Utilize insights and best practices to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness continuously
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and X Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing budgets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with crypto industry trends and compliance considerations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with escrow is a plus
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package of $120,000 - $150,000 per year
