Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building enterprise-grade applications, with hands-on experience in React, Material UI or Ant Design, and proficiency in modern authentication protocols like OIDC and OAuth2. The candidate should be able to start immediately and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React.Js.
  • Implement user interfaces using Material UI or Ant Design, ensuring a clean, scalable design system.
  • Integrate and manage OAuth2 and OIDC authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams to integrate APIs and services.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in React.Js development, including expertise in hooks, functional components, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), Event Handling Facility and DOM, and advanced React patterns.
  • Proven experience working on enterprise-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Material UI or Ant Design for developing reusable components and maintaining a design system.
  • Strong understanding and experience with OIDC and OAuth2 for secure authentication.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, JSX, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to integrate services.
  • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and tooling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, memoization, code-splitting).
  • Exposure to micro-frontends architecture.
  • Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Education

Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience.
