Travel Professional Wanted

We are seeking experienced travel experts to act as liaisons between us and our customers. The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, acquire a dedicated clientele, and provide unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic and international bookings, including flights and rail.
  • Provide information on products and services such as visa, forex, and health regulations/insurance.
  • Handle refund and cancellation of domestic/international air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with proper deal codes and use of bonus miles/rewards.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, implementation teams, and servicing teams.
  • Assist in follow-up with invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills along with active listening.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Passionate interest in geography, strong domestic and international travel knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail.
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate with Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Preferred).

Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company.
