Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support our growing data needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

About This Role

In this senior-level position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to implement and manage data solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user behavior.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small analytics team.
  • Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
