  • To achieve disbursement targets with minimal delinquency, we require a skilled Business Growth Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will identify joint liability groups and disbursed loans to suit target customers and geographies.
  • They will enable business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • We seek someone who can assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Key responsibilities include disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • A close follow-up of disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time, is essential.
  • Regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant engagement are crucial.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds is vital.
  • Building strong client relationships both internally and externally and establishing a strong brand identity with potential customers is key.
  • Daily/weekly meetings and centre visits are mandatory.
  • A basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
