About the Role

We are seeking a creative and research-driven content creation specialist to support our YouTube channel and social media strategy. This role is focused on crafting high-retention long-form video scripts, catchy titles, descriptions, thumbnail copy, and short-form video scripts (Shorts & Reels).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging long-form YouTube scripts (5–10 mins) focused on education industry topics.">
  • Research trending topics and audience pain points to create high-retention content flow (hook → problem → solution → call to action).">
  • Repurpose high-performing sections of existing videos into scripts for Shorts.">

Titles, Descriptions & Thumbnails:

  • ">
  • Craft clickable, SEO-friendly titles (60–65 characters).">
  • Write video descriptions with relevant keywords, hashtags, and value-driven summaries.">
  • Thumbnail text brainstorming (short, curiosity-driven text for maximum CTR).">

Shorts & Reels:

  • ">
  • Script 30–60 second short-form videos optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.">
  • Identify hook-worthy segments from long videos for repurposing.">

Additional Relevant Work:

  • Write community post content for YouTube (polls, FAQs, teaser copy).">
  • Assist with researching competitors and trending formats.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in Hindi, English, Hinglish.">
  • Knowledge of SEO keywords, clickbait-style titling, and audience psychology.">
  • Understanding of YouTube content strategy (hooks, retention points).">

  • Basic research skills for education/finance-related topics.">
