Job Title: Product Manager

 

We are seeking a seasoned product manager with a background in data engineering to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and managing data products across the enterprise using Snowflake as the core platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product strategies, backlogs, and roadmaps for data platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Partner with architects and developers to build scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for offshore delivery, ensuring alignment with US-based business stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance metrics for data platform products.
  • Drive adoption and usability of Snowflake-based solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a product manager or technical product owner in data-focused projects.
  • A strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake expertise is essential.
  • A solid grasp of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and quality standards.
  • Prior experience in building and launching data platform capabilities or products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in data engineering or analytics before moving into product roles.
  • Exposure to the retail industry is a plus.
