Visual Communications Specialist

As a skilled Visual Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the development of engaging visuals that capture the essence of our brand.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting master creatives for various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Point of Sale Materials.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise as a designer, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results that meet the needs of our business.
- Create visually appealing adaptations for POSMs, packaging artworks, and print collaterals that align with our brand's aesthetic.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications, resolutions, and formats, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
- Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with pre-press processes and print production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
