About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions within the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Identify candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Screen candidates to ensure they meet client requirements for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

2. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure candidates comply with US work authorization requirements, including H1B, EAD, GC, and US citizenship.

3. Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, technology requirements, and industry standards in the US staffing market.

4. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, placements, and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory qualifications include at least three years of experience in US staffing and recruitment, strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa processes (H1B, OPT, GC), proficiency in using US job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Estimated salary for this role is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month based on location and experience.
