- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to GST compliance and advisory work.
- Conducting legal research and providing expert advice to clients.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in court proceedings as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in handling GST compliance and advisory work (2-3 years).
- Prior experience in handling Customs advisory and department-related work (2-3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in Client Relations and Court Proceedings.
- Knowledge of Indirect Tax laws.
- Qualification (CA./ Lawyer/ semi-qualified CA/ graduate).
