Lead Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a growth hacking mindset to lead our lead acquisition efforts.

This role involves strategic management and expansion of distribution channels, reducing reliance on third-party vendors. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy, optimizing performance and scale through continuous iteration.

Paid Digital Distribution:

  • Manage paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms, to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive lead acquisition strategy.
  2. Manage paid digital distribution channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve campaign performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • Deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and successful management of large-scale campaigns.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative strategies.
