Key Content Strategist

We're looking for a highly skilled Key Content Strategist to drive growth through compelling content marketing strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our biggest focus - Growth at Material Depot. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in developing and overseeing the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Create and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with company vision. Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it meets business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Hone and enhance the brand voice and identity. Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Marketing: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Align yourself and the team to achieve maximum results, and meet team and individual targets.
  • Analysis: Analyze the performance of creative content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's work experience in marketing or content production
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • You're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups. Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
  • You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with others to accomplish your team's goals with a firm focus on targets and deadlines
  • You experiment, test, try, fail, and learn continuously.
