Job Title: Retail Category Lead

We are seeking an experienced Retail Category Lead to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute category plans across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Brand Management in Retail and Fashion or an advertising agency background. They should possess strong business analytics skills, consumer insights development, and a solid understanding of core marketing levers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category plans for the Women's Category business
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of assortment, pricing, competitor analysis, and market information
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns across various channels
  • Create engaging content and build tactical promotions
  • Conduct market research to support projects
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure alignment with company strategy

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Brand Management in Retail and Fashion or advertising agency background
  • Strong business analytics skills and consumer insights development
