Job Description

As a seasoned YouTube professional, you will be responsible for leading our video strategy and driving growth across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive YouTube growth strategy
  • Plan and manage content calendars to maximize engagement and views
  • Optimize content for YouTube SEO to increase visibility and reach
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules to refine strategy
  • Track and analyze audience behavior to inform data-driven decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience managing and scaling YouTube channels
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, VidIQ

  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset
