Flam is building infrastructure for immersive advertising that spans all channels, including digital, broadcast TV, retail, communications, print and OOH.

The goal is to create an interactive layer for every screen and surface.

We aim to revolutionize how consumers interact with ads and content in various forms, turning interfaces into shoppable and shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI.

The next phase of growth involves accelerating R&D on our app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & digital experiences in under 300ms on any smartphone—no app download required.

This infrastructure already powers advertising for global enterprises and agency powerhouses.

Main Focus Areas:

Product Roadmap:

We are planning upcoming releases that include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, democratizing MR deployment at scale, enterprise suite of products across industries and infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography:

Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships:

We will expand our partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented UI/Visual Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design team. If you love creating clean and user-friendly interfaces, this role is for you. You'll work closely with our designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life and make our products not only functional but also visually delightful.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn wireframes and ideas into polished, high-quality designs.
  • Create consistent visuals that reflect our brand and make products easy to use.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and execution.
  • Contribute to and improve our design system so everything feels cohesive.
  • Keep an eye on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Give and receive feedback in design reviews to push the work forward.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience working as a UI or Visual Designer.
  • A strong portfolio that shows your skills in layout, color, typography, and visual polish.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, Jitter.
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Understanding of responsive design and how to make designs work across devices.
  • A sharp eye for detail and an ability to balance speed with quality.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills—you'll be working closely with different teams.
  • Bonus: Some knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS), motion design, or experience in startups.
