Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Manager.

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving weekly and monthly performance reviews of plant cost lines, consisting of Material Usage Variance (MUV), Variable Manufacturing Overheads (VMOH) and Fixed Manufacturing Overheads (FMOH), with the Plant Leadership Team. They will highlight major deviations versus plan to take timely corrective actions.

In addition, they will support the delivery of Foods AOP Cost to Convert (C2C) via insightful data-driven analytics and action-oriented performance review rigor. This will involve creating accurate financial forecasts for the COSO plant, calling out risks and opportunities within designated timelines.

The ideal candidate will develop, review, roll-up and present AOP for COSO plants, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with the company's financial goals. They will also support implementation, monitoring & tracking of AOP Productivity Projects and submission of Trackers within designated timelines.

This role requires a strong understanding of capex proposals, including capex note, cost/productivity working, IRR calculation, budget allocation, asset classification and other approvals. The successful candidate will drive delivery of capex targets for the plant through monthly reviews and support in capex forecasting process, including project revenue.

Other responsibilities include facilitating Scrap Committee meetings, coordinating with Procurement team to obtain scrap quotations, supporting decision making of scrap customer selection and allocation of business basis revenue generation.

Key qualifications include experience in finance, accounting and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, logistics and procurement, to align financial planning with overall supply chain strategies and objectives.

In addition, they will continuously evaluate and optimize costlines in the Plant to bring productivity and enhance efficiency. Implementing best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations is also a key responsibility.

The successful candidate will work on next level digital analytics for plant KPIs and drive digitalisation agenda at plant. They will encourage plant team to use self-service digital dashboards and available automation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as State brand Pack P&L COC vs AOP and DMC reconciliation.
