Job Description:

You will have a significant impact on our operations by taking on key responsibilities.

  • Order Entry: Receive and validate orders from customers, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantity, price, and terms.
  • Order Management: Confirm order feasibility by checking inventory availability and scheduling delivery or production accordingly.
  • Credit Management: Perform thorough credit checks to approve or decline orders based on the customer's creditworthiness.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack items efficiently, generate shipping documents, and ensure timely delivery confirmation.
  • Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers based on order and delivery confirmations.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor outstanding invoices, send payment reminders, and resolve any billing disputes promptly.
  • Cash Application: Apply payments accurately to the corresponding invoices and update accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate insightful reports on sales, outstanding receivables, and payment status to inform strategic decisions.
