Role Overview
  • Lead research initiatives to understand customer needs and pain points across our digital ecosystem.
  • Design and execute research studies including usability tests, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and in-depth interviews.
  • Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks that guide product design decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams to embed user insights into product roadmaps.
  • Evaluate existing digital journeys and recommend usability improvements.

Key Skills:

  • User research methodologies (usability testing, contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys)
  • Usability testing tools (Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, UserTesting)
  • Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
