We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing financial accounts, conducting audits, and preparing financial statements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines, as well as providing financial advice to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Accounting: Manage financial accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful applicant will also be required to:

  • Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets.
  • Financial Forecasting: Analyze financial data to make informed forecasts.
  • Tax Planning: Provide tax planning advice to the management team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Financial Accounting: Expertise in financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Auditing: Knowledge of auditing procedures and standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
