Responsibilities include creating reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools, conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers, and producing reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle.

  • Analyze large datasets to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Use data analytics to develop campaign strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Create dashboards and publish performance summaries.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains.
  • Ability to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
