You are sought for a pivotal role in product design, where you will be entrusted with conceptualizing and developing premium furniture products. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who has honed their skills in crafting unique pieces that embody Scandinavian and Japanese style modernism.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for designing and developing wooden furniture and upholstered products that showcase exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production processes, from sample creation to final product delivery.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control team to establish and maintain high standards for finished products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various materials, including wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, and bamboo, to create innovative designs that push the boundaries of traditional furniture making.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in production processes, working closely with vendors and craftsmen to drive efficiency and excellence.
  • Prioritize quality above all else, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Design from a reputable institution, specializing in Lifestyle Product Accessory Designs or Furniture Design.
  • Proven experience in product development, with a focus on home décor, furniture, and craft clusters.
  • Familiarity with production coordination, vendor management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers, corporates, clients, and craftsmen alike.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD/3D Max, InDesign, and Corel Draw.
